- All orders require a formal quotation and written confirmation.
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and lead time vary depending on product type and volume.
- Production begins only after down payment is received as per agreed terms.
2. Payment Terms
We offer the following payment options for international clients:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
- Letter of Credit (L/C): Available for bulk orders upon agreement
- PayPal/Western Union: Accepted for samples or small trial orders
3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
We support international trade terms including:
- FOB (Free On Board): We deliver goods to the designated port in China.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover shipping and insurance to your destination port.
- EXW (Ex Works): You handle pickup from our warehouse.
4. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options based on your urgency and destination:
- Sea Freight: Best for bulk cargo, cost-effective for global delivery
- Air Freight: Suitable for urgent or small-volume orders
- Railway Freight: Available for select regions (e.g., Europe via China-Europe Railway)
- Courier Service: For samples or urgent small packages (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
5. Delivery Time
Estimated lead time depends on the product and quantity. Typically:
- Production: 7–30 business days
- Sea Freight: 15–45 days depending on destination
- Air Freight: 3–10 business days
6. Inspection & Quality Assurance
- Pre-shipment inspections are available upon request (self-arranged or third-party agency)
- We ensure all goods meet the specifications agreed in the invoice or contract
- Any damage during transit should be reported within 3 days of receipt
7. Customs & Duties
All import duties, customs clearance, and taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
